  Stunning - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the firstto the last, the welcome was warm and the service friendly andefficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had a fantasticbreakfast buffet and the bar was ace. Also some people have said thatthis isn't in a great location. I completely disagree. Rooms were spacious with nice modern fittings. Toilets were rather small and less modern - but more than ok too. Breakfast spread was excellent. Free internet and use of computers at lobby additional bonus. Wld recommend this hotel anytime!

  The hotel and the rooms are modern with the proper basic equipment you would expect in a hotel. The windows are sound proof. The location is convenient if you have a car and are travelling to Brussels for 1 or two days only.   I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. After having travelled for nearly a month it was both ... hva folk sier » a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

It was also really close to the center of the town, whether taking the metro, having the metro station just near-by or just taking a walk all the way there. - The design and furniture are asbolutely gorgeous.
