Rent og ordentlig, god frokost -
On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were
warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on
exploring the local area.
We returned around 4pm and were directed to our room, the room was immaculate, and the bed very comfy :-)

Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel
is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very
professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late
and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late
night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed.
Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved
in advanced.

All hotels should be like this. They have the most luxurious bed linen on this plant. Little touches like housekeeping coming in to draw the curtains at dusk make the whole experience memorable. - professional staff, best location

Elegant, rolig steming i estetisk interiør. Man føler også stemningen fra antikvitetsområdet som alle gatene rundt. En kopp te i de myke sofaene i foyaeen med en avis samtidig som man titter på folk og liv er balsam for legemet. Personalet yter maksimal service i meget vennlig tone. Vært her fl. ganger,kommer snart igjen ifb både med jobb og fritid

We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we relaxed up there late at night with a glass of vino and remarked what a great hotel it would be for a swanky event. Highly highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, central and easily accessible location. but most of all... the design. The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself.

Hyggelig mottagelse i resepsjonen, rommet fra rent og innbydende. Likte at det var litt farger i rommet. Badet stort og godt. - It is an excellent hotel, with lovely rooms and a great location. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They make the stay very comfortable.
