The incredibly friendly lady who ran the place (sorry can't remember her name!). She couldn't do enough for us and she made our stay very enjoyable. The location was good, not right in Salzburg so you needed to take public transport to get in and out, but bus 4 runs right in and the stop is only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is located at a very convenient region, where Mirabell is reachable in 10 min by bus, bank and super market are in 5 min walking distance. The room is decorated in a comfortable home style. Super clean, lovely modern room, great bathroom (we enjoyed having a radio in the bathroom!). Friendly and helpful staff. Easy bus connections to Altstadt, airport, and Hbf. Reasonable price. One-euro coffee machine in the hallway. - The room we stayed was a two bedroom family room and it was spotless.Cosy and warm like Salzburg. Staff was helpful.

The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.
