We loved everything about this hotel. The location was superb (1-1/2km to train station and walking distance to old town Salzburg), the street (Linzergasse) was pretty and vibrant, the hotel was clean and very comfortable, and the service was excellent! If you love to stick your head out the window and see what's going on in the street below, ask for a room facing the front (fun!). There are also lovely quiet rooms facing the back. The manager was extremely helpful with advice and suggestions

The incredibly friendly lady who ran the place (sorry can't remember her name!). She couldn't do enough for us and she made our stay very enjoyable. The location was good, not right in Salzburg so you needed to take public transport to get in and out, but bus 4 runs right in and the stop is only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Super clean, lovely modern room, great bathroom (we enjoyed having a radio in the bathroom!). Friendly and helpful staff. Easy bus connections to Altstadt, airport, and Hbf. Reasonable price. One-euro coffee machine in the hallway. - The room we stayed was a two bedroom family room and it was spotless.Cosy and warm like Salzburg. Staff was helpful.
