  Our studio room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to explore Vienna. The staff were very helpful and stayed behind for an extra hour after their usual closing time to wait for our late check in after our arrival from Australia. - It would be hard to get a better l... hva folk sier » ocation, and the price was very reasonable. The room was great as were the breakfasts. The staff were friendly and courteous. We would recommend Pension Suzanne to any of our friends when they travel to Vienna.

  Excellent nstaff. Someone had been smoking in my room. The receptionist, Connie,did everything possible to get rid of the odour. She found and lit scented candles , opened windows etc. This was very impressive customer service. Although the offensive odour diminshed a little...it was effort tthat impresssed me. Apparently, the hotel has only 2 non-... hva folk sier » smoking rooms and it is impossible to police . - I really enjoyed my stay at the Aviano Pension. The location is excellent as well as the staff. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

  Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating. The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. I would definately stay at The Ring the next time I visit Vienna and have absolutely no hesitation in recomending it to others.
