The staff/ service and location was perfect -
Petra is an extremely friendly and helpful host.
The apartment was spacious, clean and with everything you could possibly need.
The location and views were fantastic.
We had a car but you could easily use public transport (10 minutes) or walk (30 minutes) in to Innsbruck

We were visiting family but there is lots to do in and around Innsbruck. Great for cyclists and walkers. -
The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The building is very beautiful and the position really good. Very quiet surrounding and very near to the bus stop for reaching the city center.

this is the value of money choice, the breakfast is great, staff are very friendly and helpful, the wi fi is free, the gym is OK and good and enough to work out. We have a very pleasant stay here. the location is a 15 min walk from the train station. Hence, not really fully occupied.

The staff is friendly. The apartment we stayed in was a great value for our money. We had 2 bedrooms, a balcony that overlooked beautiful mountains, and the lovely landscaped backyard. There was a well equipped kitchen, comfortable eating area and living room. They also had a sauna, pool, and new muscle relaxation chamber.

The apartment is clean, cosy and quiet. The kitchen is very well-equiped. It is very close to the cable car station of Patch. There are also many hiking and bike routes nearby. Just few minutes walk to supermarket and bus station, and around 20-30 mins to Innsbruck city centre. The bus to city centre comes every 15 minutes.

The Chalet Inn was very accommodating for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The location was fantastic because you are steps from the train and ski lift. Also a grocery store within walking distance. We especially enjoyed afternoons in the dining room with the spectacular view of Innsbruck below. Wifi worked well! -
