Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom onthe balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! Veryreasonably priced food in the restaurant even if it was a fixed menu(probably due to low season and few guests). - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel was lovely and warm and the staff were really pleasant. I would definately stay again and would not hesitate to recommend. - The location is lovely and scenic. The staff are amazingy friendly and acommodating. We will be back again next year!!

We stayed in the cabin shaped as a tree log, it was very cosy and cute. It was spacious, with 2 separate areas, one for sleeping, another for eating. It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside.

Very nice room with foyer, sitting area and sleeping area. Resort with great activities for the whole family. Lake front room. Very helpful staff with great maps of Innsbruck. Transportation to Innsbruck provided. Terrific place for a vacation with children with easy access to Innsbruck. Lots of access to markets and other shops for necessities.

this is the value of money choice, the breakfast is great, staff are very friendly and helpful, the wi fi is free, the gym is OK and good and enough to work out. We have a very pleasant stay here. the location is a 15 min walk from the train station. Hence, not really fully occupied.
