For those on a budget, it's the place to be and it is a very short, direct walk to the train station.   The view from the hotel window is amazing - you wake up and see the mountains with snow - like out of a postcard. Very close to Innsbruck - 8 mins by car. And very close to various skiing centres. The hotel staff is also very helpful - ask them for advice if it is your first time skiing.
