The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

The apartment was awesome, very cosy for 3 people. It is very clean and comfortable. I have OCD, this apartment is really neat! Ms Andessner was a very thoughtful host. This is a wonderful hotel and a demonstration that you get what you pay for. £486 for 3 nights B and B. Beautiful hotel, in a beautiful setting with the Untersberg cable car at Grodig only 6 miles away and Saltzberg only 4 miles away. Stunning stunning location. Don't normally return to a location already experienced, but would do in this case.
