Johannes gave us our choice of family rooms and arranged for the wonderful Bob's Tours (ask for Peter to be your guide);Lalith and Alberto were always friendly and helpful.   Breakfast was good to include in the cost of the room. Great coffee. Room 218 had the best surprise - our lovely balcony. We enjoyed wine and cheese and crackers and a good read each afternoon on our peaceful balcony. The bier garden had great food at fair prices. Parking was a plus. The desk clerk placed our leftover picnic meat and cheese in the kitchen refrigerator until we were ready to leave. Comfortable be - Rooms were really clean and comfortable, even if one had a really small bathroom. It's a bit far from the centre of the city, but there are a lot of bus and it's easy to get everywhere.Staff really kind and great breakfast!
