  The staff were amazing. After being delayed for a flight from my home town to Newcastle to pick up a car i called the motel to let them know we wouldn't arrive until midnight. (as we were driving down to Melbourne ) She was so friendly and said she would leave the key out for us. Would definitely stay there again. - We where looking for a motel in this area as a stop over from Sydney to Melbourne, after we visited the Blue mountains in the afternoon. The Colonial Lodge is a perfect stop for this. The rooms and the bath was refurbished and we had everything we need. Everything was perfect clean and the parking is just in front of the rooms. The owners are really friendly an help out with every information you would need.
