  2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well equipped with all facilities, clean & comfortable... great for a family. Quiet location, walking distance to city & great selection of restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff all contributed to a great weekend's accommodation. This seems to be a rare thing these days because cleaning products are not used in every place that we have been to, some just use water and one cloth for everything.

  Everything is perfectly clean. There is even no cobwebs on the carport, what is very unusual for Townsville. Perfect attention to detail regarding cleaning. Nothing fancy equipped, but beds very comfortable and kitchen with all necessities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend to all. - The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble from booking my skydive for me to charging my phone when my charger broke. Tabitha and Steve were such lovely people, I wish I had more time there. The apartment was immaculate and really comfortable and there was a lovely pool. It was also in a nice, quiet location very close to the Strand.

I've stayed in other accommodation where the rooms were close to the lifts. The noise from the lifts interrupted my sleep.   Awesome people there.Felt so at home.Didnt bother us in any way. Helpful and friendly and gave us information on things we asked them about.And she let me stay in our room after checkout as my partner was moving all our belongings. - Friendly lady and gentleman in charge, easy to find, room was clean and comfortable and good value for money.

  Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value. Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)... hva folk sier » and was very pleased with service, quality and quantity. Great view from dining area. Didn't get around to utilising the pool, spa or BBQ are but the - Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually. Reception staff (owners ?) were very helpful with directions.
