Staff were excellent. the young man attending to my booking wasmore than helpful as was the manager.
Ceiling fan if you were hot, ventilation in the bathroom if you turned on the light switch to start it, not too noisy and if that is a problem, don't stay at a hotel on a friday or saturday night, that is their entertainment time. If the noise worries you, wear earplugs.
I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for a short stay.

I needed a cheap room for 1 night. I looked at a few places & was so annoyed they were all charging $80-$100 rather than the $50 TLH were offering. When i got to the TLH, staff were fantastic and helpful, showed me to my room and i was pleasantly surprised by how good the rooms were, much better than the more expensive ones i looked at. Enjoyed my stay :).
As a mother with young children, I found the price very accomodating. The room was spacious and relaxing.The hotel itself was very clean and I found that the staff were very helpful and friendly.
There were lovely café's and shops within walking distance.
My family and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Our first stay in this style of hotel,we had a family room, one night stay,on a Monday.We found this room excellent value for money.Everything was very clean and new, even the share bathrooms.Although we were aware of the people downstairs enjoying themselves, the sound did not worry us.
The room was extremely clean, well appointed and modern - much better than I had expected for a hotel of this type and price. Very centrally located in retail centre of the Entrance.
the rooms are good and all is nice and clean. noise however is a problem but i guess being a hotel that is to be expected. still good value for money and friendly staff.

I loved the location, the food from the bistro was awesome, it was quiet enough to sleep and the bathrooms were spotless considering they were shared!.
I'm glad it was a Sunday night with few guests. Nicely updated facilities and friendly staff. My first ever pub stay. Would do it again.
the position to the venue we were going to was excellant and handy to the cafes etc as the bistro was not open unfortunately.
i liked it was nice and close to everything, the room was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful too.
Service was outstanding, they were very accommodating to our late arrival time and incredibly friendly.

I didn't win more on the pokies and i got there late so could only have 1 of TLH's fantastic beers.
It would be good to have a small table & chairs in this family room.
Shared bathroom (but I knew that in advance) and noise levels - especially with a band playing dowstairs and a group of Irish packpackers who obviously liked to party ........ all night.
The noise on Sat. night was terrible. i had the room right above where the live band was performing and the whole building shook with the vibration. so if you are after quiet nights dont go on weekend. Sink in bathroom was blocked, full with water for almost entire day with sadly no attendance.
Motel is not disable friendly, upstairs accommodation (stairs) no lift.
No check in/out office, main bar for check in/out and key pickup/drop off.
No large sun shade over upstairs courtyard/entertainment area for motel clients.
The light and fan didn't work in our room!.
What I didn't like was the distance we had to walk from the car with luggage etc but good value for money.
i didnt like that i had to unplug the fridge to use the kettle and when i lifted the lid to see inside the kettle it was quite disgusting, but the staff had no problems replacing it. Only 1 of each male/female toilets lock.
The room was not A/C so a bit hot , it was a hot night
The room was noisy from Band , not a problem as i still slept.
We had no idea where to go to sign in. Ended up at bar to ask as there was no sign-age. staff bar very helpful though.

No Reception. It was difficult getting checked in as only Bar staff

Communal bathrooms, tiny rooms. But for the price, you cant complain. This hotel served its purpose.

No light in room noticed by staff but not attended to. Bathroom shower had a water blockage on floor in ladies no one around to report it to. A bit Noisy.

Noise from band playing in bar downstairs. Also the check in area is in the "VIP" area of the bar which is a pokey machine area.
Bar located just underneath hotel and music band performance at night was awful. Couldn't rest well. Traveller unfriendly as no lift but ling steps with far distance from parking.
