  Service at reception, cleanless of our room, comfy beds, excellent service in the resturant, free wireless my list goes on, overall excellent stay will recommend in future and to others :-) - After one night at the motel we upgraded and moved into onte of the apartments with oceanview.   Fantastic, value for money. There were two of us. My friend was visiting from the UK. The villa had a great layout with the bedrooms at one end which we assume was the same with the adjoining villa. We loved the grounds and space between the villas, providing privacy, peace and quiet. The beach and indoor pools were great attractions.... hva folk sier » Your location was convenient to travel to vineyards, and visit all the touristy highlights. We had a delightful meal at Spinnakers. The young gir - The villas are very clean and comfortable - we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bath exec villa and they are surrounded by lovely gardens with grassed areas big enough to play ball, running races etc for the kids. Lots of lovely paths to explore and the kids loved riding their bikes around the streets of the resort. We played tennis on the courts and played in the playground, even had the bouncy castle up!   Great for the kids, away from town and close to beach. Forgot to come in and mention that the toilet in our apartment (I think we were in 82) had a bit of a leak and the taps were too hard for the kids aged 6 & 9 to turn on in the bathroom and kitchen, a little bit of a pain having to turn them on for them all the time but no biggy!! We were return visitors. ;o) - I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

  Loved the friendly staff, the two ladies who were on reception when we checked in were so funny and nice, they provided excellent service and made us feel right at home! The indoor pool and spa with the lit up lights, and bar area is absolutely stunning! We shall be making reservations again over the summertime, we en - I really like the design of the hotel, with the indoor pool and the spa being in the centre. Its quite unique and different. The restaurant was lovely and affordable. Also the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite. I would definitely return to atrium hotel if i got the chance. It is lovely and you get your moneys worth. Thank you so much for making our stay at atrium hotel a very pleasant and wonderful one. Hope to see you soon.
