Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. Staff all the way through were really smiley and friendly. I thought the personalised greeting card upon arrival in the room was a nice touch. Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location.
