  I am impressed with the attentiveness of the staff in particular the Front Office Manager ( name is Greg ) who attended to my compliant swiftly and helped me changed to a better room. They stay was truly enjoyable. - Excellent location

  Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and waived... hva folk sier » the parking fee. - The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

  My room was 307 5 to 7 August booked for a good price 2 nights and extended o e night, very good price for the comfortable room and service. Really clean, very good size the bed was really comfortable one of the best pillows I had, good bathroom size with power shower no to many Chanel's on tv as a usual in hotels, friendly staffs, businesses ce... hva folk sier » ntre with printer and Internet a available 24 hours, good breakfast included in the price, nice bar and good food,very good location south bank close - I came here 18 months ago, also to take part in a seminar and found that there have now been many improvements. The room was much nicer this time and I was very impressed with the way the staff at the bar and restaurant went out of their way to help and please. The food and service were excellent. The conference area was also very good.

  Loved the location. Clean, well appointed and delivered exactly what it said it would. Great that it had the cooking and washing facilities with full size fridge. Bed very comfortable with two pillows each! yay! - This apartment was so close to everything St Kilda has to offer. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people.   Everything was great,including location,price,staff and the design of a hotel. I actually liked that it was like a compact version of a hotel,which meant that there would be less people and thus less noise. - Great location nice rooms awesome shower Loved the Acland Street Cantina mexican breakfasts so different and a refreshing change
