  The welcome was friendly and organised. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you needed for comfort, including two arm chairs and an outside eating area. - It was a modern clean motel with plenty of room in the suite. You felt relaxed as soon as you walked in and the room had a private outdoor area, will stay there again .

  Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. When we told Gino this he said that they had only recently replaced all the beds & pillows in all rooms. Loved the rooftop & the valet car s... hva folk sier » ervice was exceptional. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Because of him w - My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes.   Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

  Loved the room with balcony overlooking Barossa Valley. Was great to have kitchen to have option of preparing small meal if we didn't feel like eating out.
