    Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. When we told Gino this he said that they had only recently replaced all the beds & pillows in all rooms. Loved the rooftop & the valet car s... hva folk sier » ervice was exceptional. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Because of him w - My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

    Loved the room with balcony overlooking Barossa Valley. Was great to have kitchen to have option of preparing small meal if we didn't feel like eating out. Great base for exploring the Barossa, setting very peaceful. You do need a car. - The room amenity and outside facilities were very good.
