  Majority of staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a cot for my 6 month old daughter upon booking the room and it wast forgotten about (most hotels forget this). Valet parking was excellent and staff were available and helpful when i needed an extra hand to put pram and baby in the car. Very comfortable and felt welcome. We will return if we... hva folk sier » ever go back to darwin for a holiday. - Reception made us feel very welcome and accommodated our afternoon flight with a 1pm check out. The bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the cold water in our vehicle when we collected it each day. Loved the art in the foyer.

  King bed room with balcony was superb.Lots of space on balcony and in the room. It was the biggest accomadation for 2people that i have been to.Cleaning of our room was exceptional. Words barely describe how beautifully majestic the scenery and the colours of the sky during sunrise/set are. The hotel was good, the staff quite friendly although the wait staff could be a little more attentive. Tours were great, punctual and highly efficient.

  Loved teh new part, but next time we want to stay on a ground floor apartment of the new lagoon area. Our Kids really enjoyed it. We would love to stay in one of the studios one day, but believe it would be just too expensive for us, but WOW they looked fantastic - Location was good ,walks on beach, pool great ,eating facilities good.Have staye... hva folk sier » d here at least 4times .
