  I likted that the rooms were easy to get to, the food was excellent, the mountains in the morning were cool to look at, I would have loved to enjoy the pool as the view was spectacular. The staff were helpful and friendly. The laundry was great but to accommodate so many visitors another washer and dryer would be helpful. Many thanks. - We only stayed here for a night returning to Melbourne from Uluru/Yulara. Booked a family room, room was clean, the place is pretty quiet (good to sleep without noises), the location is right in front of the casino (if you after something in this quiet city).

  Ibis was able to provide the support we needed when preparing for an early start with a planned Adventure holiday. Staff were exceptionally supportive, ensuring out of hours arrival and departure could be managed with bags being stored safely. You could stept outside the door and just a short walk up the street and you were in the middle of everything. I loved the friendly Staff...always smiling and cheerful!   Spacious room with an amazingly comfortable bed, perfect to get a good nights rest as a stopover between Alice Springs and Coober Pedy to see Uluru. We were upgraded to the standard room at no charge on arrival as it was off-peak, which was a great gesture after a long drive. We were also given 2 keys which allowed us to leave the a/c on whilst we ducked o - Basic, clean and comfortable room. Including a refrigirator. Far from the bar area and therefore quiet. The guest kitchen is well equipt, has all the needed ameneties, clean and specious. All common areas are great. A recommended place.

  When one takes into consideration this place's location, it's just brilliant. The rooms are simple, clean, comfy, spacious. Great value for money - not to be sneezed at in the NT, where everything seems ridiculously pricey ( for a Brit!). This was a great choice for us. - This place is the most tranquil place I have ever stayed at. Have stayed in places with a higher star rating that were not at the same standard.

  The reception staff is the best. I forgot her name but she was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. Made sure I never missed anything including the pick up taxi even though she wasn't on duty. The pool is well maintained bui didn't have enough time for it. I saw families catching fun. Very close to cbd. Rooms were maintained daily with fresh towels as required. It had a pool for relaxation. I look forward to returning in the future and would recommend it to anyone.
