  When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff. Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of their roles. Spa options were very good. - Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great and spa and pool area were great!

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. The only criticism that I wouold have is that there is no frypan in the kitchens which meant you had to go out for breakfast each day - only one saucepan but thats a minor thing that can be easily fixed - Very close to the tr... hva folk sier » ain station and not very noisy at all - loved the tiled floors as was lovely to come back to after a full on day to take shoes off to a cool tiled floor! Staff were very helpful on the number of queries that we had, and loved that it was so close to the shopping centre.

  I got lost and was really tired with traveling. Phoned the motel for a few directions. The owner located where I was in the town of Moree, jumped in the car found me and escorted me back. Meanwhile his wife opened up the unit and turned on the air conditioning, I was so appreciative especially as I was traveling with my elderly mother.   Hired the 2 bedroom apartment, it was on the ground floor right across from the beach. Nice big spacious apartment, great living/dining area and the outside courtyard was big and was a great setup. Couch was a pull out bed which was convenient too.
