  Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. - We have used this chain before and as usual we were not disappointed. They are always clean, well positioned and have excellent staff.

  We liked the fact that the staff permitted us to use the shower and store our belongings prior to check in. We had arrived in Sydney from Darwin at 6am and could not check in until 2pm that day so we really appreciated the shower to freshen up. The location is simply amazing: 5 minutes walk from Darling Harbour and the Star Casino! Our room was fairly big, hence the fact, I cannot understand people complaining on their reviews about the size of their room (maybe I was just lucky?!). The shared bathroom worked just fine, after all, nobody goes on a trip to stay closed in a bathroom do they?

  really good place for this price! we was lucky & the view from our window was exellent - Harbour Bridge & Opera House. we have come some hours before check-in but our room was ready. staff is very friendly, room & shower clean. great value for this money! - Its a good hotel near to all entertainment places.   The staff was very accommodating to me checking in just prior to when they opened up midday and were helpful with information on the busses to the city and back and with storing my luggage prior to my flight schedule. The location is just a short walk from Newtown which is a great neighborhood and has good restaurants that have more realistic pric... hva folk sier » ing than in the city. Great shops, too. It is a relatively short cab ride to the airport. - The staff were super friendly and we would stay there just for that reason. The new beds are super comfy, clean and quiet.....forget about those expensive 5 star hotels with the snooty staff, go to the Ibis as Sy Peters, you wont be sorry...besides all that there is a kfc and a Macdonalds right outside the front door! Fine dining and a wonderful location with friendly staff and comfy beds???? Go to the ibis!!!

  Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room.   Utmerket plassering, vennlig personale. - My partner and myself booked the shuttle bus for the following morning and accidently left our tickets in the room. We told the shuttle bus driver we just needed to grab a copy from the reception desk just inside. Rather than putting our bags into the bus whilst I ran inside the driver argued with my part... hva folk sier » ner and said he "didnt have time for this" and drove away as I was running back out the front, leaving me and my partner there in need of transport to the airport. My partner and I went inside - My trip was due to a last minute cancellation leaving me stranded. From this perspective the internet facilities appear very pricey for modern standards/pricing. The late night KFC and 24 hour McDonalds was handy in terms of at least having something to eat/drink for more budget conscious customers. The distance to the venue was also within a very short walk negating the need for a taxi or even shuttle bus.

  I was very impressed I could book in at 11am and out my luggage in. Then my daughter snd i could get straight yo the royal easter show .Parking was very convenient. Bed was so comfortable. Have since recommended ibis to many people - We chose Ibid as it was nice and close to the stadium.
