  My favourite hostel where I always stay in Sydney, probably stayed there for 2 months in total. Location is perfect, staff is friendly, rooms are good and clean in general. Scary Canary is downstares and that is one awesome bar! Always make some great friends when staying at X Base! - Base Sydney is the best! I went to this backpackers twice.   be warned if you are expecting the hotel grandeur and modern and packed with guests, this hotel is not what you are looking for. However, the intimate and cozy feeling, plus the fine elegance of the deco all offer a nice and comfortable stay. As for the dinning selections, plenty touristy and less-touristy ones are around. Extra note - We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Location of hotel was great - only 500m from Circular Quay and about 5min walk to Opera House. My fiance and I will definitely be coming back to the

  The location of the Hilton Sydney is extremely advantageous for the traveller, as one can get on the train form International airport and it drops you at Townhall Station. From htere, it is only a case of up the escalators and along the street a short distance to the Hotel. I stayed on the Executive Floor and this was well worth the extra $$$ as t... hva folk sier » he Executive Lounge has internet facility (complimentary computers) and the breakfast and pre-drinks/canapes are very nice and the lounge is comfortab - We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... hva folk sier » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

  Staff were amazing - Aimee was so helpful and friendly - she absolutely made our stay at maze fantastic! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - we had to most interaction with Aimee and loved her top- notch customer service skills. Kitchen facilities were outstanding - very clean and very well- organis - Location is very good. Walking to distance to central station which allows you to travel to most of the place on Sydney. Airport to this hotel, take airport train to Central station then u will be here. Generally, this is a decent place and not fantastic but acceptable. However, even in cold weather the room is a bit warm, thus not so sure how warm the room would be during summer as the fan does not appear to be very helpful.
