  The location was convenient for our purposes. We had a villa so there was plenty of room and a kitchenette to prepare our own meals. Our Villa was located well back off the road and was very quiet. - Close to Shopping center and takeaway. Spacious room, cooking facilities.

  I loved Barbara she was kind enough to allow myself and my daughter to check in early. She delt with the rude guest about moving his car. When I told her what the men had done she insisted on discounting my stay. I was very pleased with the room the detail to our comfort and the room facilities. I would recommend this motel to my friends and fami... hva folk sier » ly and if I ever have a need to stay in Newcastle I would definately stay here again - the staff, cleanliness and quiet enviroment. although is not very near from city central zone, there are bus stops just in front to go and return and the bus service is excellent. the trip to centre town takes about 15 minutes.

  I liked the friendly welcome we got from the staff, and cleaners each morning when we crossed pathes when going out or coming in, also the service of our compartment was good - Location was convenient to Beaumont Street restaurants and was clean, comfortable and generally fairly quiet. The staff were great also.

  Was caught up at the wharfs and they were close and easy to find and parking for a large vehicle and I thought it was good value for money and I had a pleasant stay - Very friendly management of the complex and willing to go out of their way for you. Definitely recommend the complex to friends as customer service is everything.

  The room was very comfortable. And the staff are all friendly. I had my 3-year-old granddaughter stay for 1 night out of the 2 and she loved it as much as I did. I will be returning with my 3 grandkids, as I liked the friendly atmosphere, and it was very clean. Access to the motel is easy, and it is close to the shops. An older motel the rooms were a little tired, however they were spotlessly clean & equipped with a microwave as well as electric kettle with complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits. Would stay here again. Didn't stay long enough to avail ourselves with the pool or restaurant.
