  The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were large and modern, breakfast was excellent and the outlook over countryside and lake peaceful and relaxing. With all this in mind, Schonegg is perfectly situated to go into Canberra each day for sightseeing without spending lots of money on the hotels in the ci... hva folk sier » ty! - The country guest house schonegg was absolutely amazing. It is beautiful and luxurious with perfect rooms. It is run by spectacular people Richard and Evelyn who were warm and welcoming on arrival and lovely and helpful. The food is amazing and the views are stunning. Highly recommend a stay here it is worth every cent!
