They responded to our requests promptly. Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  We stayed for 2 nights & the customer service at reception was incredible. Stephanie was very welcoming & friendly. She not only accommodated all of our needs but went above and beyond the call of duty & helped make our experience at Quest very memorable! Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use the pool but the spa bath was very ... hva folk sier » luxurious and relaxing. I have never come across accommodation in Melbourne that is as excellent value for money as this. Thank you very much! - Loved the candles to keep Shabbat. The bed was super comfy and the heater in the room was warm and cosy. Very nice staff.
