We were impressed right from the start; location, Check in, room. Only
disappointment was there are no Tune hotels in Portugal and Croatia, our
next destinations! But we'll check in when next in Asia. Congrats on

A great location handy to the airport,,which is what we were looking for. Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family. There was no hesitation from staff when we told them that we needed the courtesy bus to the airport at 4:30am. Room was comfy, clean and was exactly what we needed. Wife enjoyed the in-room spa

The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a

myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.
