I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham

definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.

The hospitality and friendliness of management. They were available and met our every need. They responded to our requests promptly.
Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.
Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. A perfect overnight before flying out in the morning. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.
