  The staff and facilities were great, including book & dvd library. Layout of apartment perfect for families with plenty of indoor and balcony space. Plenty of good cooking/serving ware and generous supplies of shampoo/soaps etc in bathrooms/kitchen. Short walk to supermarket, shopping plaza, movies, bars & eateries. Our views to the ocean were beautiful. We had a great time staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending Waves to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best coffee could be had at Mikki's just near the entrance to the hotel driveway...highly recommended for food, service, and of course coffee!

  The staff were lovely and friendly, and were incredibly helpful whenever called upon. The apartment was large, beautiful, and very clean. Views were amazing, and the swimming and spa pools were awesome. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment and loved having our own en suite and walk-in dressing room.   Managers were great - its great to arrive and be greeted with a friendly smile, the position is superb. Apartment was clean & roomy (3br) plenty of room and awesome views. - Our apartment was very clean which is very important to us. Had everything we needed and was quite as we were there in July which is the off season.

  Loved the continental breakfast that was delivered the night before so we could have it when it suited us - perfect.   The cabins were clan and tidy and just what we needed for a single night stay for a destination family wedding in school holiday season. The staff were very pleasant and despite this not being my usual choice in accommodation- I could not fault it for cleanliness nor comfort. Nice big TV. A big plus for us. Very clean and roomy. A toaster was a big plus as well. Not many provide even that. Lovely gardens around the pool also. Very Very happy.

The accommodation was close to the shopping centre and was only a few minutes drive to the esplanade.
