The price for the family room was absolutely - The family room where I stayed overnight with 3 of my friends was clean and tidy. The motel's location is a good gateway to Philip Island, Wilsons Promontory and The Strzelecki Ranges. The owner was friendly and the room was excellent value for money too. Free toiletries were provided.
