I found them supportive, informative, flexible and willing to go that extra mile to help out. I also found the food in the restaurant of an unusually high standard and a perfect and warming way to end my day after intense and pressured days to achieve things necessary to set up my new life in Tasmania before I was due to return to the mainland. They helped me find local supermarkets, white goods stores, furniture etc. They were friendly and fun.
alle vurderinger » The room I was allotted was a pleasant surprise in that it was spacious, recently updated, tidy, clean and had a flat panel TV / DVD and all the usual appliances. The hot water was nearly instant. There was a separate area for relaxing / having breakfast. The poached eggs & bacon I had was better that most an very well presented. Parking was not a problem. I'm told by locals that the onsight restaurant is well regarded. The room was basic but clean, the relief manager was a legend! He went out of his way to help us and our impression of the place is based on him. We would certainly stay again due to his hospitality and helpfulness. I also had to call the motel before our stay with some questions and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. Friendly, welcoming staff, with excellent knowledge of local area and ability to give tailored and excellent advice on local attractions Clean, warm, spacious room, with large shower bay Quiet location, although located conveniently on main road at edge of city (5 mins from city centre). This motel is aging, but very clean and has all that u need for for a short stay. The restaurant is a surprise little package, very friendly staff and great food. The girl in reception has a delightful attitude and I'm sure would assist with whatever you may need. Would return here. 1) Good location, easy access. 2) Value for money. 3) Short distance to airport and town. 4) The room is specious ,comfy and very clean. 5) the car can just park in front of the room. 6) No hassle to check in and check out, very fast and smooth. Proximity to airport. Value for money and a great restaurant with well priced meals for budget conscious, but also great choice and yummy food with decent sized portions with generous serving of vegetables. Affordable accommodation with a continental breakfast. Ideal as it is close to airport and able to relax on the morning of flight rather than drive for 2 hrs to get there. Need to organise better check out facilities for early Sunday departures. All was good. there wasn't anything that I wasn't happy with. Wi Fi didnt work in room. Nothing. too fat to fit through the shower door. The door was a wacky tiny one built for skinny people .... nothing. Nothing wrong with room at all. Use of power board - more fixed power points would be a lot safer. nothing. Had to wait almost an hour for meal in restaurant. No warning was given that there was only one chef and that there would be a subtantial wait. nothing we loved the place. The restaurant was not opened for lunch and there were no other dining options within walking distance. Stayed at this hotel twice during my trip - the mattress was just nice on the first stay but too soft on the second stay in another room. Nothing. Everything OK. Nothing. No microwave - important that families can re heat or heat as cant always afford to eat out. the cleaning agent smells like toilet deodorant blocks. Nothing.
