I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. This was for sure value for money. -

Firstly as I was travelling with a friend - it was far more comfortable for us to have an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom each and enjoy the larger lounge area together and cook if we wanted to in our kitchen. Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size
tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to
block out the nearby traffic.

On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking.
The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.

Our first im pression was the friendly helpful staff, arriving 9pm late
friday night. Very refreshing. Then it was the comfortable spacious room
with great views of the city lights. We could leave the car in secure
car park and walk to the shops. Ideal. Will definitely be back again .As

We loved the view from our room and the fact that the 2 bedrooms were completely separate. Excellent room service, location was just perfect, close to shops and transport. Plenty of room in the apt, didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great having the 2 bathrooms too! Would definitely stay here again.

the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity.

facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of
our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely, it had ever thing you needed. Loved the separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area, and it had its own balcony. Location to Cbd & public transport ideal. The staff are all friendly & helpful in every way. Being self contained was excellent and kept dining costs down, especially when staying with children who only need toast or cereal for breakfasts & a simple sandwich for lunches. A beautiful hotel with amazing rooms. They were large and spacious, very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Washing machine/dryer in bathroom was really useful.
