  On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking. The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. The bed and pillows were just to die for!! It was t - Your staff has the best customer service I have ever come across, especially two of your employees Scott and Jeremiah (reception on the 29th June at 10am). Impeccable and excellent customer service, very professional with a can do attitude. Meriton hospitality, one experience for only four days absolute perfection, Customer care already mentioned, Maintenance staff very polite and keep the room immaculate after every morning, overall experience rate out of a hundred?? 100% Satisfaction, please

  Our first im pression was the friendly helpful staff, arriving 9pm late friday night. Very refreshing. Then it was the comfortable spacious room with great views of the city lights. We could leave the car in secure car park and walk to the shops. Ideal. You guys nailed it , Your manager should be proud. - We loved the view from our room and the fact that the 2 bedrooms were completely separate. Excellent room service, location was just perfect, close to shops and transport. Plenty of room in the apt, didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great having the 2 bathrooms too! Would definitely stay here again.

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... hva folk sier » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  Nothing to fault here, a spotless and spacious self-contained apartment in a great location within easy walk of both the City and Fortitude Valley. The kitchenette was well-equipped with stove-top, dishwasher and microwave, plus plenty of pots, pans, glassware, plates etc.There is a nearby supermarket and coffee shop/deli, bottle shop and bakery a... hva folk sier » nd we had also had no problem with a pizza delivery finding us. There is a small starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, dish washing liquid, soap and toil - We love it. Very spacious balcony.. Every equipment in the apartment is functioning well. The rooms are great..the bathroom are clean and spacious..the kitchen is almost complete (would be lovely if has a bigger frying pan). A bit far from Queen St Mall area (around 15 mins walk), but nearby Woolsworth. Going down to the Queen St area is okay (going downhill), but coming back to the apartment is quite a journey as we have to walk uphill.

  the hotel was centrally located and accessible to buses and ferries. the apartment was beautiful with wonderful views through a wall of windows in both rooms. the furnishings were clean, comfortable and elegant. The facilities were excellent and the cleaning services were superb. Really, everything about my stay was outstanding. I could go on and ... hva folk sier » on - the lifts were quick, there was parking available, the staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable, the aircon and tv etc all worked like a dream - I loved the fact that our sleeping area was separate to our living area - all the amenities were superbly appointed. Lovely kitchen facilities (not that we cooked) and I loved the fact that you had a coffee plunger so we could have a long black first thing in the morning :) Overall we felt that the Meriton offered great value and the location was excellent with the northbank riverside boulevarde being so close. The views from our room were incredible. I would definitely stay here again and high
