  The staff were sensational, and more than accommodating. We unexpectedly needed an extra night's accommodation and it was sorted out without any problems whatsoever. The rooms are very nice and the beds are sensationally comfortable. Perfect location. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the service, food and price was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the Great Lake view was extraordinary. I would definately choose to stay at Rydges Horizons in the future.

  Location was fantastic, we stayed 2 nights. The hotel looks a bit tired needs a bit of a clean and Renovation. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was included in tariff really good value food was tasty and they had a good variety. Loved the atmosphere of the whole hotel and also being able to head upto the bristro for a meal and the family atmosphere in there
