The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, must say one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen for a long time. Pool and gardens were very well maintained. We had a fantastic holiday! Lovely modern, clean 2 bedroom apartment. Spa, steam room and sauna were great. Walking distance to beach and shops. 10 mins drive to Seaworld 5 mins to Pacific Fair. Fortunate to have been upgraded to ocean view room - spectacular! Best Gold Coast accommodation I have stayed at so far. -

The staff were great and very helpful and Kylie was especially wonderful and was the most charming of any of the front of house staff in the 4 various hotels we stayed in! The apartments (we stayed on two separate occasions in a matter of weeks) were spacious and modern with great in-house facilities and balconies with great views. The pools were awesome and kept exceptionally clean. Although the complex was often fully booked it never seemed overly populated due to it's size. We plan to retur
