We arrived well before check in time as we had trouble with our previous accomodation the staff went out of their way to clean our room perfectlly may i add and have us checked in and comfortable within 20 minutes of arrival the room was clean and spacious and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful -

Leonie was amazing! I was not aware of the transportation limitaons on KI. Within half an hour not only was my shuttle to Pennishaw arranged and a rental car awaiting me there but the return trip as well. This woman did above and beyond. She was the savior of my trip to KI!!!! For future travelors be sure to research KI!!!(-

Being a late book in, (10pm) and after a brief phone call, arragements had been made for me to get access to my room.
The room had the A/C turned on, so after a 11 hour bus trip in 40 degrees temp., this was really appreciated.
The room (4), was clean, and everthing was there for a good nights sleep.

Friendly reception and helpfull, very clean and suited the purpose of my visit. Good location within walking distance of shops and the wonderful Glenelg esplanade (great on a Sunday morning walking along the top of the beach with lots of cafes etc)
