The owner's attention to details and service is superb. Friendly, welcoming, efficient & helpful service made it a pleasant stay. The beds are so, so comfortable you might be tempted to stay in them all day long! Great location to explore the Royal National Park!.
The staff were super friendly - flight was delayed and they stayed up so I could check in. Also location was great to make an early escape down the coast the next morning without battling Sydney traffic!. alle vurderinger »
I requested a quiet room, and received one. Very pleased.
I order a hot breakfast, and found it to be enough for 2 people, and the quality was better than a restaurant or cafe.
The friendly service, the best cleanliness & decor for a budget motel I have come across.

the long life milk in fridge. taste like cardboard. Old fashioned air conditioners. No covers on some lights.
We had a spa unit this time as we have stayed there before and the standard rooms are very small. The furnishings were rather tired. Nothing welcoming about the unit. Minimal tea bags, tiny containers of milk and nasty biscuits. (A small kitchenette is much needed).
The noise from the PA system coming from the BP service station over the road from 5.00am onwards.
Very expensive for the old style facilities. Wifi worked but did not work effectively. Didnt not appreciate the fee being charged twice to my credit card as security when I had paid in advance and the hotel already had my credit card details as security.
I could hear everyting from the room next door.
