  The whole weekend was excellent. My negative comment was of one staff member, who probably needs a bit of retraining. However the staff were great considering the storm that had ensued not long after our arrival. Staff could have been concerned about personal property and they still kept a smile and courteous attitude during their task at hand. I ... hva folk sier » have great admiration in how they coped. I attended the 1 RAR reunion dinner. Thank You for a great and memorable weekend. I am still buzzing from the - I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on my thanks to Nathan. Also has good facilities, including the pool and closness to the beach if required.

  The setting was quiet and peaceful and the birds were abundant. It was great to walk around the golf course and down to the beach. - Lovely surroundings. Close to beaches and great views. Conference staff were great. Room size and view good.

  Location is great. Walk past the restaurant to a terrific beach, good for kids at the south end, surf fishing at the north. Ambience amongst nature is sensational and the layout beautiful. We had a spa room and enjoyed that under the glass ceiling at night very much. Heaps to waste your time with and a sensational child friendly pool complex. Not ... hva folk sier » so much for toddlers I think. Already spoken to family and we will return!! Try the coastal walk at the south end of the beach, it leads to a long sur - Very helpful staff. The location with access to the beach was a great surprise and we loved sitting in the garden bar with beach views. The whole set up with rainforesty walks to get around made for a really great atmosphere/ambiance. The meal we had on site was excellent. Would definitely go back.

  The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The on site restaurant has a good menu, food is delicious & again the staff there were great. We were there after some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty. We had to adjust booking dates due to local flooding & the staff couldn't... hva folk sier » be more helpful. - We were only passing through en route to the Gold Coast but we were very impressed with the standard of the accommodation and would definitely consider booking an extended stay at the resort for a future long weekend or family holiday at Coffs Harbour.

  Stayed here for only one night, but it just wasn't long enough. The room was large, very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Alisha and Peter the managers were great and very accommodating, we were booked in else where the next night for a wedding.
