  Stayed 3 nights with my cousin from Scotland, found the staff to be very professional and extremely helpful in regard to booking our activities and recommending places to eat. I would recommend Water's Edge Resort.   Great location away from the nose of airlie beach but close enough to participate without any issues. Beautiful pool and outside area Amazing views of the sea and sunset from balcony of the ocean view room. Extremely relaxing and pretty quiet (no children around as not geared towards families) Large rooms with good facilities. The bar and restaurant were lovely again with a fabulous view, lovely gardens and also overlooking the pool. Location was great being a short walk to the restaurants.

  Beautiful apartment, equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. Fantastic views of the sea from balcony. Expect daily visits from the cockatoos! If you want to avoid the killer hill, there is a pathway leading from the apartments which runs along the creek and is not quite so steep.
