  the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything everytime. We also wanted to leave our luggage there during our sailing trip, which was no problem at all.   rooms were great with all facilities available lovely balcony with bi fold doors great during the heat food and all amentities were wonderful staff very friendly and helpful - The staff were excellent and very helpful. The apartments were wonderful and had a huge jacuzzi bathtub. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

  Great location away from the nose of airlie beach but close enough to participate without any issues.   We received a very warm welcome from owner Bernie, who helped us with local information. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a very pleasant balcony area, which overlooked the pool and lush gardens. Breakfast was good too, a fair variety of items. A short walk lead to the main shopping area and beaches, but the hotel was far enough aw... hva folk sier » ay to ensure a good night's sleep on a very comfortable bed. I would definitely go back to Airlie Beach and back to the Colonial Palms hotel. - Great facilities - lovely pool, washer and dryer and free wifi with a PC in lobby for guests to use and even a printer. We were able to leave our car parked at the hotel during our trip tithe Whitsundays. A nice continental breakfast was included every day and when we had an early departure, we were given a breakfast tray for our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the owner.
