great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

Large clean rooms with good facilities. We had booked a few different room types as friends were joining us and the staff were very helpful and organised our multiple bookings efficiently. Seaview rooms are particularly good as they are quieter than the garden view rooms and are worth the extra cost. If we came back to Adelaide we'd definitely stay here again

The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.
