  We always stay at the Oaks Plaza Pier. The Oaks Pier is very modern, with an ocean view & world class restaurants at the doorstep. The Pier Bar is a great place to drink bubbles, wine or beer & watch the sun setting over the ocean. You can catch the tram into the city for great shopping, checking out the Art Gallery, Museum, Adelaide Oval ... hva folk sier » (when it's completed it will be awesome) etc. or drive on to the wine regions at McLaren Vale, Barrossa Valley or Clare Valley (only an 1 hour away) h - Large clean rooms with good facilities. We had booked a few different room types as friends were joining us and the staff were very helpful and organised our multiple bookings efficiently. Seaview rooms are particularly good as they are quieter than the garden view rooms and are worth the extra cost. If we came back to Adelaide we'd definitely stay here again

Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

  We booked a two room deluxe apartment, as advised we called Kevin prior to arrival and asked if we could store baggage earlier than check in time. Kevin was most agreeable and organised to meet us there. Kevin arrived at the hotel on time was very courteous and welcoming. Close to all transport options just walk out the door one minute walk to tram - Centrally located, close to all transport and shopping, with exceptional view over the city from room 1402. Reception staff at desk downstairs excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished. Dipti met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch.   The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! We had a lovely big spa bath as well, so nice to come back to the apartment and have a bubble bath and a glass of wine. I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was spacious and clean and modern-looking with all the ... hva folk sier » facilities I needed. - The location was fantastic. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.
