top location close to all good restaurants, cafe and retail shops.
Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks

Friendly helpful staff all round - very clean. 1 bed apartment - comfortable and quiet. Big bathroom, quality bed and 2 tv's! Rm 505 all good. The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

We have stayed hre before. We think it is suffering a little from being next door now to the Grand Chifley, which was a Park Royal.
However, the setting opposite parkland, the staff, the rooms are still bright, clean, comfortable - will definitely stay again. My husband really likes a city hotel where you have adequate parking and ease of unloading and loading.
