The staff was very friendly and really tried to do their best to make our stay worthwhile.
The resort itself is really stunning and we enjoyed ever minute.
The bubngalow we stayed in was really nice, I simply loooved the bathroom and the room itself with the little terrace facing the sea and beach!! Awesome!

The hotel met my needs completely. The staff were polite and
professional. The food was excellent as were the portions sizes. The
beach and sea were clean. Mr Thao from the bar and Ms Thao from the
restaurent were great staff, who looked after my me and my young son
very well. -

Wi-fi working all the time in every corner of the hotel. Stuff doesn't always speak good English, but at least they make an effort an always try to help you. The swimming pool is awesome, beach is good too with amazing sunsets. Liked the room and the bathroom a lot. All in all, we were more than satisfied. -

We had the f1 bungalow, best one as it was the last one on the resort
and we had a lot of privacy. We swam and relaxed the whole time. Nothing
else to do but just enjoy. There was a little shop just outside of the
resort that had basic resources. Thecstaff were keen to please and we
were well cared for. The price is great for what you get. -

Everything was just so perfect, from the gardens, the pool, the design
to the bungalows we stayed in, the staff just could'nt do enough for
us from arranging transport to hiring a motorbike. We have stayed in
some expensive hotels over the years and have never come accross a place
so tranquill and well run, we booked for 3 nights and extended for a
further 2 nights as it was so nice (the hotel only charged us $33 per
night to extend our stay) even the breakfast was well prepared and quite
exten

The hotel is a member of Berjaya Group, which is one of my favorites as last year they removed shark fin soup from the menus of all their properties.
The architecture was awesome, both interior and exterior to every detail.
Staff were mainly expats from the Philippines, that made communication in English super easy.

we loved this place - a nice, small set of bungalows located directly on the beach. the staff is very friendly, its a vienamese/french family who runs the place. they speak english and french. everything is clean and we stayed longer than we planned to - because we lost ourselfs in time :)
