  Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! It was HUGE, very well appointed and absolutely spotless. Norfolk Mansion actually exceeded our expec... wat mensen zeggen » tations. We were impressed, finally, that General Manager Sven von Moock introduced himself to us as we awaited a taxi following checkout - just to e - We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our friends for 3 nights. The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.

  The staff were all very professional, not just friendly and helpful. One feels very secure, in the event that you may need local help on any subject. I have never seen such a child friendly hotel. Children and parents are catered for brilliantly, yet it is also a perfectly suitable business meeting venue, which was the purpose of my trip. I will c... wat mensen zeggen » ome to stay again with my own family. - We rented the 3 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and comfortable, with 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The complex also has a huge, clean swimming pool which we enjoyed as often as possible. The inhouse travel agent arranged some amazing day trips for us on the Mekong.

  The apartment was excellent for our family as it had 3 rooms and plenty of space for the kids and us. Kids ages 12, 10 & 8. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the location was brilliant for us as we were not in the middle of the tourist part of Ho Chi Minh City and we loved getting around without being hassled by hawkers. Highly recommend this for a family wanting to see Saigon without the hassle of hawkers. - New, luxury & bargain Staffs were friendly & helpfully. The hotel looks nice & new. I was told a swimming pool will be there soon. My room was in perfect condition. There is also a compliment gym and sauna but I had no time to try it. I would absolutely come back next time.
