  We loved the Caravelle. The pool facilities were excellent and the rooms were comfortable with all the extras you expect at a 5 star hotel. A fantastic way to end our 2 and a 1/2 week Vietnam holiday. Thank you! - The service, food and drinks in the Signature Lounge were perfect in every respect.   Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! We were impressed, finally, that General Manager Sven von Moock introduced himself to us as we awaited a taxi following checkout - just to e - We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our friends for 3 nights. The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.

  Customer service was excellent from all the staff, exceptionally clean hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities, free wifi, modern bathroom, breakfast buffet was superb catered for everyone, as did the Buffett during the evening. Our room was overlooking the city, but you can get rooms overlooking the river Saigon if you pay extra, w - The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tour operator on site was also very helpful. The breakfast and high teas were terrific and always the food was made fresh. We could walk easily from the hotel to the centre of town, but taxis are always available as well. Certainly recommend hotel for others and for any future stay.

  Our 2nd stay at the Grand within 2 weeks which was just as good as the first. They picked us up at the airport, check in was efficient & easy we were shown to our beautiful spacious room which overlooked the city streets. I had a real nice, large room, colonial style, but equipped with all modern and luxurious amenities on the 5th floor in the so called new wing with windows and a small balcony (who needs this?) facing Saigon river. Looking across the river I always ask myself how many years will it take that this look will change to that in Shanghai across the Huanghu - The staff were wonderful, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and were provided with beautiful flowers and chocolates on arrival. Breakfast and other meals we ate at the hotel were delicious. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the river and the sea of traffic in the street below. We could not recommend The Majestic more highly. It was exceptional.
