We stayed a total of 4 nights in this hotel, 3 nights in 2 double rooms and one night in the family suite. All 3 rooms that we've seen bright, very modern, clean and have a higher standard than many hotels Germany. The staff is always responsive to our needs and was very nice. The location is great, you can all the points that would reach a tourist in Hanoi, within walking distance (up to the Museum of Ethnology). If prices do not rise and the service does not change, I can recommend this to an.

The room was quite small but fully equipped with king bed, A / C, computer with internet, flat screen TV, modern furniture ... Also very good service, always willing to help, they even lent a hand by calling a hotel in Can Tho to confirm a reservation. Also very good breakfast. The only downside I find is that it is in a narrow street and the rooms are quite small. Highly recommended. Rooms were big and beds comfortable. Definitely value for money. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made travelling with a young child fun and relaxing. When we get back to hanoi we will be staying here again. The hotel happily organised our Halong Bay trip and looked after all our bags. The room was great with all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast was fantastic. Great location & big room. It is a budget accommodation so a few things maybe a bit broken but you can't complain for $10 a night. noisy early in the morning with the market ! that is the charm of the city though !. The place is quite run down, but after all, it was the cheapest one on letsbookhotel.com, so I do not really complain. After all, for $10,5 in some se Asian cities you can't expect even that. small room and not clean enough, wet, even a little bit smells. Rooms were shabby with a lot of mold on the walls. When it rained it thundered off the roof next door making a lot of noise. Tap in the bathroom did not work. The pictures are not very representative of the shonky state of the rooms. Not clean Smelt Window didnt shut in the room, which made it very noisy. Not what it looked like in the pictures. Almost the pictures on letsbookhotel.com was fake. Poor quality breakfast. Nothing in bathroom even no toothpaste. hotel staff is not professional poor room makeup, they dont make up the room if you dont ask for poor breakfast, old bread room is so small and the bed makes loud noise bad tv cable so we cant watch any chanel not understand good english. Dirty sheets, dirty room, rude staff, no window, could not close the door, etc. I booked for shuttle bus from airport to hotel.. but I have to called to hotel and waited about.
