Pricing Location Gated (Last year we stayed here and the room was very nice for the same price. We stayed in the East Tower). Very close to the beautiful beach and great place to enjoy look from the balcony!. i loved it we had a room on the 12th floor,lots of space,will definitely be back. All was good with our stay at the Sunbird. THe view was great. I liked the price of the condo and the location the best.

View from the balcony Location was near the beach. The ocean view. Nothing. This Stay (West Tower) Hard to find Carts for luggage. Room was out dated this time around and had very little needs such as Cookware. Room had no supplies such as toilet paper etc for the first night. Room we received was next to pool and inside the Condo was very loud. Elevators smelt. Bedroom tv volume didn't work. Tub draining issue. Didn't have a blanket for couch bed and should have had an extra roll of toilet tissue and coffee filters. I thought the bathroom was a bit small, bc when you opened the bedroom door to the it you would hit the toilet. We had to wait awhile to get in our room. That is the only complaint that I have. N/A. Check in is too far away from actual hotel. The rooms did not have adequate window coverings, especially in the bedroom. All the blinds were missing slats and were not functional. The couches all had sand on them and I felt unconformtable sitting on them without additional covering. The shower curtain only had approximatley 4 rings holding it onto the rod. The shower hot and cold knobs both leaked when you turned on the water. A massive waste of water there. The balcony holds water at the door, these doors need some maintenance. My room key for the dead bolt would not work. I could not lock the deadbolt when I left the room. The sliding glass door did not have a lock in it . The ceiling fan in bedroom was filthy. The rug in the bathroom was filthy. The rug in the living room was smelly & dirty. The closet was missing a door in the bedroom. The bathroom wall had black marks & lipstick marks on it. The floors needed mopping. The light on the balcony did not work. Had to call four times due to things not working. Only had one towel for four people. Did not have any sheets for the pull out bed. The man that tried to break into our room. The door broke the bathroom toilet broke. The beds were terrible . no pillow cases for 5 pillows . The place was aweful!. Every thing. I didn't like how the room was advertised for $169, but then changes to $364 when you arrive, due to all of the fees. Also, place was nasty with food crumbs and hair on the rug and floor even though it was supposedly inspected. One broken plastic chair on the deck not safe to sit in. Filthiest place I have ever stayed. Definitley not worth the money I spent. I'm going to see if my credit card company will help me out.
