honestly, everything was so perfect, I have no complains about this place, me and my family had the best vacations ever, everybody was happy, and we definitely going back next year. We enjoyed most all features. I like the floor we were on. I liked the front and back views. It was clean, roomy, and just beautiful! Great Family fun!. Comfortable, clean, updated accommodations. Plenty of room for family of 5. LOTS of pools - never felt crowded. Close to beach.

Loved everything about the resort! Didn't want to leave, wish we could live there!. Everything! The view was amazing, staff was incredibly nice, pools were separated, nice apartment! It was great!. I liked the location, the view from the room, staff very helpful and courteous. I like because everything was very close n the staff was very friendly n nice. The view was great, and the room was more than we expected. It was close to the beach, beautiful, and full of extras!!!. Everything was basically like being at home. The room and the swim pool area. large living room with balcony. Location Design. It was nice. I like the city it was a nice place for my family I would come back again nice shopping mall very nice. Location, room size, and pools. Daniel at the bar is awesome!!. View. the only thing I didn't like, was that I had to leave the place :( but next year we will stay longer. Most of the Staff were dry, and unfriendly, maybe tired. A nice smile would have helped. We had to guess at where the opening was to access the beach, which was across the street. VERY slow elevators. Could have used more parking. construction going on during our stay. Not enough elevators. Everybody was complaining about the elevators. I had only one bad experience when someone hit every floor as I was going to the ground from 20th floor. Had to stop at each floor and nobody there to get on. I would suggest a better ventilation for the elevators. It got very warm. There was a long wait for elevators, but to my understanding y'all were working on them! I didn't mind waiting though, if it bothered me I could've taken the stairs! (:. alot of noise from all the construction being done on the building, the air conditioner was very loud when the compressor was on. I don't have any dislike. For our last night in the condo the air conditioning was not working or from what we could tell had been programmed to turn off on the last night of our visit. I didnt have any complaints!. The bed was to soft. Some of The cleaning people leave the cleaning car in the hall way right in the middle while they are talking by cell phone. So they don't care about that and i had to move his car to get to my room. It happen 2 times. far from the elevator. Under construction elevators parking. You need to put a lounge chair on the balcony and speed up the elevators put a entertainment bar up and a restaurant with seafood in it. I like the resort but the first morning I woke up the front desk call my room saying I need to come down and pay a 45 dollars fee but they already took 45 dollars when I booked it the don't tell u that I was posses off but the staff act like u own them something they need to know that is they job nobody making them work if u don't want to work go home!. The wait for elevators. They need more and bigger elevators to accommodate the amount of rooms they have. When I booked, I thought it was on the beach but it is across a busy road from the beach. The elevators were frustrating but not as frustrating as the sound of all the construction being done on the place. We couldn't hear anything but that!. Elevator problems will keep people from coming back. Previous reviews re this issue were spot on.
