  The hotel has a personal touch in their approach to the guests. I enjoyed my stay a lot. The staff was great. The rooms are well planned and comfortable.   This is my second stay at the Aurora (first was August 2012). Still great value, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and nice rooms. As a result of Ukrainian policy I think public area smoking has decreased and thus the lobby is not quite as filled with the stench of cigarette smoke so that is good.   This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city. I would stay here again without any hesitation. - It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!

  This place is one of the most cosiest you can find, especially at such fair rates. The rooms are large and they have all features an accomodation needs to make you feel comfortable and home. Compared to my previous experiences in kharkiv, this hotel gets a +A - I liked my room and its design, the availability of TY, wi-fi, it was clean and there was everything necessary for me, even hair dryer and slippers. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was very cosy.

  I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Gostiny Dvor hotel! The staff were very friendly. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. For 12 days in April 2012 and just returned from a 14 day April 13-27th,2013 vacation to Kharkov,Ukraine once again.
